FRP reinforcement - design
The structural use of FRP reinforcement as opposed to steel reinforcement, is not covered in Eurocode 2.
The basic approach is to use existing codes with modified values. The product has been tested and the numbers are reliable. There are a few couple of shape codes that are to be avoided due to manufacturing difficulties; obviously these types of bars cannot be bent on site.
