Concrete fencing
Precast concrete fence posts are available in a range of sizes and heights. They may be of simple square cross-section, for use with chain-link fencing or barbed wire, or an ‘H’ shaped cross-section, for use with timber or concrete panels.
Concrete fence posts are covered by British Standard BS EN 12839: 2012 Precast concrete products – elements for fencing, which provides methods of testing to enable the elements to be classified according to their load capacity etc.
