Normal weight concrete

Although concrete is seen by many as a single material, it can be produced with many variable characteristics including strength, fluidity, colour and weight.

The general definition for normal weight concrete is that it must have an oven dry density between 2000-2600 kg/m3 , the majority of the aggregate being naturally occurring. (EN 206:2013)
