Removing dirt

Most dirt on concrete surfaces can be removed with plain water or with a soft brush and water containing a mild soap. If a stronger solution is required, use one part of hydrochloric acid with 19 parts of water.

In addition, steam cleaning or water jetting are generally effective methods of removing dirt.
