EN 1504: Parts 7 to 10
BS EN 1504, Products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures: Definitions, requirements, quality control and evaluation of conformity, is divided into 10 parts.
BS EN 1504 Part 7: Reinforcement corrosion protection.
Specifies requirements for the identification and the performance (including durability aspects) of products and systems for active and barrier coatings for protection of existing steel reinforcement in concrete structures under repair.
BS EN 1504 Part 8: Quality control and evaluation of conformity
Specifies procedures for quality control and evaluation of conformity, including marking and labelling of products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete according to Parts 2-7 of EN 1504.
EN 1504 Part 9: General principles for the use of products and systems
Specifies basic considerations for specification of protection and repair of plain and reinforced concrete structures with products and systems which are specified in the EN 1504 series or standards or any other relevant EN or European Technical Approval (ETA).
BS EN 1504 Part 10: Site application of products and systems and quality control of the works
Gives requirements for substrate condition before and during application including structure stability, storage, the preparation and application of products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures including quality control, maintenance, health and safety, and the environment.
