Batching concrete.
Batching is the process of mixing the concrete. The majority of concrete is batched in ready mixed concrete plants and supplied to site. For very small jobs concrete may be batched on site using small mobile mixers. For very large construction jobs, dedicated ready mixed concrete plants may be set up on site for the duration of the contract.
