Summary

This one day Technical Seminar aims to provide an overview of the different methods of placing concrete. A connecting theme throughout each presentation is the importance of the concrete’s consistence.

    Pumped concrete
    Slip-formed concrete
    Underwater concrete
    Sprayed concrete
    Foamed concrete
    Self-compacting concrete
 
The event will offer an in-depth insight for Engineers, Supervisors, Students and Technicians with a focus on understanding the importance fresh concrete properties, in relation to placing methods.
 
A full agenda for the day will be issued upon receipt of applications, including directions to the venue.
