Summary

The Concrete Society is running a Technical Seminar which provides an overview of the different methods of placing concrete. A connecting theme throughout each presentation is the importance of the concrete´s rheology i.e. the science of deformation and flow of matter.

The event will offer an in-depth insight for Engineers, Supervisors, Students and Technicians with a focus on understanding the importance of mix design in relation to fresh concrete properties, test methods and placing requirements.

A full agenda for the day will be issued upon receipt of applications, including directions to the venue.
