Concrete is unquestionably the most widely used construction material globally. The reasons for this are wide ranging but exemplified when its use make high performance demands on major projects. This symposium, held during the ICT 46th annual Convention, will show exemplar projects and the concrete reasons that underwrite them. The Convention, which is open to non-members, also includes the 10th Sir Frederick Lea Memorial Lecture, presented this year by Professor Karen Scrivener, HonFICT.
